    Booking Confirmation: Once you approve the proposed itinerary, we proceed with making reservations for accommodations, transportation, and other services. We confirm availability and secure the bookings on your behalf in advance.

    Payment Process: To initiate the booking process, we require a 50% advance deposit or full payment, depending on the nature and timing of your trip. Payment methods include bank transfers, or online payment platforms(UPI). The remaining balance is typically due before the start of your trip and needs to be paid before the arrival.

    Changes and Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify your travel arrangements, please notify us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees or penalties imposed by hotels, or other service providers. Cancellation policies vary based on the specific arrangements and suppliers involved. We will provide you with detailed information regarding any applicable fees or penalties. Cancellation charges are as mentioned below -

    • Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the tour will incur a deduction of 25% of the total amount.

      Cancellations made less than 30 days prior will incur a deduction of 50% of the total amount.

      Cancellations made less than 15 days prior will result in a 100% deduction of the total amount.
